A tiny cockroach was found crawling inside a man’s ear during an operation for its removal in Vietnam.

The man arrived at a clinic in Bar Giant Province, claiming to have an insect inside his ear that was causing him unbearable pain.

Upon exploration, the doctor found the cockroach creeping inside the man’s ear.

Footage, captured on May 15, shows the cockroach moving around the man’s ear canal as the doctor tries to extract the insect using a thin metal stick.

After a few failed attempts to catch the insect using the device, the doctor approaches a syringe with salt water. The creature then crawls out of the ear to the relief of the patient.

According to the doctor, Dr. Hoat said that The man came to the clinic and said there was an animal in his ear. The animal that attacked and made his ears hurt.
The doctor used the endoscope and suddenly discovered a cockroach in the man's ear. The cockroach is alive and crawling in the man's ear canal. Soon after, the doctor used the device to bring the cockroach out. However, it seems to want to stay in the ears of the man. Finally, the doctor used salt water to bring the cockroach out.
The man was surprised when he saw the cockroach in his ear. The cockroach got into the man's ear when he was sleeping. It might be looking for a cave to live in and think the man's ear is a cave.
The doctor said that the man came to the clinic early to take the cockroach out. If for a long time the cockroach would attack and hurt his ears.
