Lucky escape for shoppers and residents in Twickenham
Part of a building has collapsed in Twickenham, west London, on a busy high street.
Residents and passers by say they heard a huge bang before turning to find debris and bricks on the ground.
London Fire Brigade attended the scene on Heath Road earlier (May 23) to make the area safe.
It’s understood the Heath and Safety Executive will be informed.
