A man, wearing green jumper and blue jeans, ran up to the barriers leading onto the Horse Guards Parade grounds and tried to break through to The Major General's Review of Trooping the Colour that was in progress on Saturday, 25 May. Once he was stopped by a policeman on duty, the man started screaming: "I have a panic attack, I have a panic attack," and he made an attempt to run off. One of the police officers followed him along the alley and the man fell off his feet and appeared to have convulsions in his hands. Three police officers were dealing with him and one of them, a policewoman, ran for medical assistance. Two St John Ambulance staff appeared on the scene within a minute, but the man got back onto his feet and walked off once the medics started examination. #incident #PanicAttack #TheMajorGeneralReview2019 #TroopingTheColour
