Rescue workers had to climb onto a roof to catch this python which slithered inside the tiles.

Locals noticed the serpent enter the building in Saraburi, central Thailand, on May 18.

They then had the difficult job of not only climbing across the roof without safety equipment - but also catching the 8ft long snake.

Footage shows how one paramedic had to remove the apex tiles then drag out the snake. It was then carried down to the ground and taken into captivity prior to being relocated into its natural habitat.
