Moped rider lands safely inside bed of pick-up truck following collision
This moped rider had a lucky escape after crashing at a junction - and landing comfortably in the back of a pick-up truck.
The motorcyclist approached the intersection at speed and failed no notice another vehicle crossing.
As the silver Toyota pick-up truck inched over the crossroads the motorcycle rider came hurtling towards it. Having failed to break in time, the man smashed into the side of the vehicle.
He flipped over the handlebars but luckily landed in a comfortable position, lying on his back in the truck.
CCTV footage from the junction shows him regain his composure while appearing dazed after the collision in Chanthaburi, eastern Thailand on May 20.
