Liverpool fans fill Plaza Mayor with football chants in Madrid, Spain.
Liverpool FC fans swarmed Plaza Mayor in Madrid Spain on May 30 ahead of their battle with Tottenham Hotspurs in the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium on June 1.
A flag reading "Dubai Reds, Tax Dodgers on Tour" was hung off a gazebo as the LFC fans began chanting and singing in the sun.
Many of the fans were shirtless while drinking beer and chanting in unison. Some were standing on their chairs while screaming the football chant out into Madrid's Plaza Major.
Also in the capital's main square is a huge football field which is part of the activities laid on by the city to the visitors of UEFA's Champions League final.
Thousands of people from all over the world continue to arrive in Madrid for the international league's final which will showcase two English teams. The last time two Premier League sides came head-to-head in the Champions League final was in 2008 when Chelsea took on Manchester United in Moscow.
The entire city of Madrid has been transformed to receive the visitors and hundreds of activities on the streets are reportedly offered. This includes a huge stage in Puerta del Sol square which will host different concerts these days.
Footage shows Liverpool fans singing and chanting under a gazebo surrounded by tables littered with beer bottles. The filmer also captures a football match on the large soccer pitch in the middle of the square.
