Grannies Hit The Gym
These two sprightly grandmothers stunned gym users when they had a session working out their arms. The two pensioner, aged 80 and 87, were filmed using the machines at gym in Nakhon Pathom, central Thailand on Monday (27/05). Fitness fanatic Thammasak Phuktee said: ‘’I have so much respect for them. They were having great fun using the equipment and staying healthy. I hope that I can still visit the gym at that age.’’
