平顶山市公安局光明路派出所交管巡防大队民警 李新生：在现场我们发现门外摆放了一个正在施工的警示牌，拉开大门发现男子正在砸自动取款机。
公然破坏取款机，还假装施工？我说，不仅胆儿大，你这脑洞也是真够大的，难道这就是传说中的掩耳盗铃？
原来，张某2018年8月从南阳来到平顶山，因一时找不到合适的工作，加上身上的积蓄也已花完。于是，便对银行的ATM柜员机打起了歪主意。目前，张某因涉嫌盗窃罪，已被平顶山警方依法刑拘。
