Some man was in the bus lane and wouldn’t move, the bus driver stepped out along with a bunch of passengers, the bus driver tried to get the guy to move and he decided to rebel and cut up the sides of the bus. This lead to a later altercation between the bus driver and the man, the bus driver tried to hold him for a citizen arrest but he slipped away waving his weapon that seemed to be a pocket knife, later on there was a citizens arrest and the police finally came.
