Messy4mind Challenge for mental health awareness

This is Tom Mills from Evesham in the Midlands he started up a viral campaign Challenge similar to the Ice bucket challenge but for mental health awareness back in June 2017 . Since then the challenge has had over 100 people take part all over the UK,Ireland and even America getting involved and getting messy. Since the video was uploaded to Facebook it has been shared over 600 times and has had over 40,000 views. The idea of this challenge is they call mental health and deppresion the "invisible illness" but by getting messy we can see the stigma exists the campaign so far has raised over £4000 for mind and is still going strong today with more people getting inspired and getting involved in Tom's Challenge to create more awerness out there for a better mental health to raise some awerness and have fun people have been using all sorts to get messy such as slime,food anything messy they can get there hands on.
