This joker tried to go surfing on a flooded road. The lad grabbed a wakeboard after thunderstorms caused flash floods in Bangkok, Thailand, on June 7.

Rain water covered the busy road outside the Phra Ram 9 MRT station. The lad laid on the board like he was paddling out into the ocean to catch waves.

The passing cars even caused small mini waves that rocked him up and down as he laid on the board.

Sudden monsoon rains caused flash floods which left some 20cm of water on roads in parts of the capital. It was the first severe flooding of 2019 in Bangkok, with the rainy season expected to last until late September.
