The video shows a rudimentary fabric weaving machine made entirely of wood. It works completely by human power. Just using a foot pedal is a cloth weaving machine that works normally.
The woman in the video is manipulating the cloth weaving machine. The operator alternates the threads with the pedals and a set of pulleys bring the thread that binds them together from one side to the other.
It's interesting when you are woven from this rudimentary fabric weaving machine.
