Spectacular and Rare Noctilucent (NLC) Clouds Over Paisley and Glasgow
This video was taken in the early hours of Monday 10th June 2019 as the spectacular display of noctilucent clouds (or NLC) lit up the night sky over Paisley, Glasgow, Ben Lomond and the Kilpatrick hills and Arrochar Alps to the North.
The display was visible from 11.30pm the previous night and the bright, electric blue tendrils looked spectacular against the cityscape beneath.
These clouds are the highest on earth at 250,000ft.
The video was taken from the Robertson Car Park on the Glennifer Braes.
