This terrifying highway bridge is not for the timid driver - it curves dangerously through mountains in rural Thailand. More than 100 road users have been killed on the Huay Tong bridge since it opened in the Nam Nao National Park in Phetchabhun province, northern Thailand, in 1975. It's even angled so that cars on the inside lane are lower than those going round the bend and leaning towards a deadly drop. Footage shows how intimidating the 50 metre (164ft) high concrete structure appears from the sides. Tragically, the bridge has suffered a series of deadly accidents over the years - including in December 2013, when a bus travelling from Khon Kaen to Chiang Rai lost its balance at the steep downhill turn and fell 50 metres off the bridge. Twenty-nine out of the 33 people onboard, including the bus drivers, were dead while the other four were seriously injured. After the notorious accident, locals began top believe the bridge was haunted and some claim to have seen ghosts while others suggest that the bridge is cursed. Locals believe the ghosts of the people who died in the bus crash haunt the bridge and have put a curse on it - making every journey along its winding curve potentially deadly.
