Tiny Science Experiment with Legoman and a Robotic Arm
Australian Science Teacher and YouTuber, Jacob Strickling, uses very small equipment to do some fascinating science demonstrations. A 5ml conical flask is heated over a tiny bunsen burner until the water boils and steam comes out of the glass stoppered tube. The robotic arm then inverts the flask and lowers the tube into a 10ml beaker full of water. As the steam condenses in the flask, a vacuum forms and air pressure suddenly pushes water up into the flask.
