This tourist shocked locals in Bali - by riding a motorcycle with his feet on the handlebars. The foreign was seen on the Indonesian holiday island breaking several traffic rules on June 1. Local resident Komang Nuriada noticed the man while he was riding pillion on another bike. In the video, the foreign man is not wearing a helmet, but instead has headphones for listening to music. He also does not have proper footwear and drives barefoot while resting his legs on the front of the motorcycle to steer. Outraged Nuriada said: "This is how this guy was behaving on the road. He doesn't have a helmet and he's steering with his feet. He endangers himself and others with what he is doing.”
