80 year old river controls, through secret mustard gas factory
This culvert, is 80 years old, it runs through a mustard gas factory from ww2. The Culvert is usually empty from April onwards. Both upstream and downstream, the River Alyn burst its banks. Here, it flowed strongly, but controlled.
