A circumhorizontal arc is an optical phenomenon that belongs to the family of ice halos formed by the refraction of sun — or moonlight in plate-shaped ice crystals suspended in the atmosphere — typically in cirrus or cirrostratus clouds.

This is the breathtaking moment a fire rainbow showed up to charm the people of Bangsar, Malaysia on May 28. Residents marvelled at the beauty of the rare weather phenomenon which is believed to be a "Crown Flash." This phenomenon creates holographic light around clouds that looks like the famous Aurora Borealis.
