Rescue the man climbing a high-voltage wire hundreds of meters high

According to the witnesses, They suddenly see a man come out between the electric poles and climb up. Immediately, they alerted the police and the power plant to disconnect the power. The man continued to climb high and started climbing the power line. The people tried to persuade the man, but he increasingly climbed to the far end of the high-voltage power line.

People are worried because the man may fall at any time, they try to tell the man to hold his hand firmly on the power line. about 10 minutes later, two electric workers climbed to the high-voltage pole and began to approach the man. They approached and hooked the rescue rope into the man's body. Immediately the man is moved to the ground and transferred to the hospital. Everyone was relieved when the man was safely taken to the ground.
It is known that the mentality of the man is unstable and he may have used stimulants.
The electricity was cut in time when the man climbed up, which caused him to not get electrocuted when touching the line.
