Red arrows flypast at London Pride Parade

Buy video

Never in a million years would I ever imagine to get a camera shot like this.

After parading and marching in the London Pride Parade we ended up at the end of Regent Street where we stopped to hear an announcer. The announcer was saying the different charities and organisations who were passing at the time. I was with the charity Barnardo’s; the announcer said a few things about us and as he shouted ‘Barnardo’s’, the red arrows had come out of nowhere. This was not known or planned but we were there at the right time to capture this spectacular moment.

As you can see the crowds gave a huge roar after they had flown over and it was definitely a special moment for Barnardo’s’ and something that I am glad I caught on my camera.
