A security camera in northern India has captured the dramatic moment a driver narrowly avoided smashing at speed into a tractor.

The near-miss took place on a road in the Bawri area of Rajasthan today (June 22).

The video shows the driver of a white car travelling fast down a road when a tractor suddenly turns into its path.

The driver swerves off the tarmac to avoid a certain collision and then rejoins the road pulling a high-speed U-turn in front of oncoming traffic before eventually coming to stop.

Due to quick and alerted repose of a car a massive accident was averted In Rajasthan Jodhpur’s Bawri area ón 22nd June ( Saturday ) during morning hours . A tractor is seen on the road going straight suddenly the tractor driver moves its stance and turned tractor towards his right , a speeding car coming from back suddenly took his car to lower parts of road at applied breaks . The car was in such a speed that after applying breaks car turned in 180 degree on road . This incident was captured under a cctv footage installed there .
