Video captured the moment of the giant leech is sucking blood in the man's nose and the doctor removed it later in the clinic in Nghe An Province, Viet Nam.
According to the doctor, Doctor Nam said that the man came to his clinic and said that he was frequently nosebleed and had a headache in recent days. The man said that he had pain in his nose and felt like there was something in his nose.
The doctor used an endoscopic device to check and detect a leech moving in the man's nasal cavity. The leech is very long and it is sucking blood in the man's nose.
In the video, the leech tried to get deep inside the nose to escape. However, the doctor successfully took it out.
The doctor quickly took the leech out. It is quite large and about 14 cm long. It has attracted quite a lot of man's blood and achieved a very large size. It attacked and caused the man's nose tube injury.
The man was surprised to hear the doctor announce that the leech was in his nose. He was surprised when he saw the doctor take it out from his nose. He said that "how can it be in his nose".
It is known that the man is working in the mountain area. Maybe the man had bathed in streams that had many leeches living and they had snuck into his nose.
