An Ozzy Osbourne superfan has spent 45 years amassing the world's biggest collection of Black Sabbath memorabilia which is now worth around £200,000.

Stephen Knowles, 53, has been obsessed with the heavy metal legends after he first heard them by chance as an 11-year-old boy in the summer of 1975.

Since then he has splashed out a staggering £30,000 on thousands of items such as t-shirts, tour programmes, trainers, ticket stubs, badges and old cassette tapes.

The heating engineer has also seen the band over a hundred times and travelled the globe including Belgium, Germany and the USA, to watch them perform.
