Doctors removed a 14-centimetre-long toothbrush from a man's stomach in eastern China.

In the clip, shot in Siyang county in Jiangsu province on May 17, the handle of a toothbrush can be seen lodged in the man's stomach through the gastroscope.

According to reports, the man tried to use the brush to remove the food that got stuck in his throat nine months ago but swallowed the brush's handle accidentally as it separated with the brush's head.

The man thought it would be digested in his stomach so he did not go to hospital until he could not stand the stomachache anymore.

Fortunately, doctors removed the brush for the man in time and he was in a good condition now.
