The imprisoned British-Iranian woman Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe has ended her hunger strike after 15 days.

Her husband, Richard Ratcliffe, had been holding his own hunger strike outside the Iranian embassy in London in solidarity.

Richard Ratcliffe said on Friday that he was hoping his wife would want to end her protest.

He was joined on Friday by supporters who sang hopeful songs such as "Here Comes The Sun" by the Beatles.

Richard Ratcliffe, the husband of Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, was joined by supporters outside the Iranian embassy in London on Friday evening (June 28th).

Richard and supporters sung hopeful songs including ‘Here Comes The Sun’ and ‘Feeling Good’ for Nazanin as Richard marked two weeks since beginning his hunger strike outside the embassy in support of his wife, who is also on hunger strike to protest her conditions.

Richard said he is expecting a phone call from Nazanin tomorrow, Saturday 29th, "I am hoping she says that she wants to stop, although we do accept that I will go on as long as she wants to".
