Dramatic CCTV footage has emerged from China of the moment when a group of armed gangsters raided a wedding ceremony, injuring five people in the capital of Sichuan Province.

According to local reports the gangsters were hired by a neighbour of the Mr Chen, the groom, who had argued with him shortly before the incident. The angry neighbour reportedly gathered ten people on the wedding day to beat his family and guests.

While the neighbour reportedly confessed to the police three days after the wedding, it took the officers nearly a month to find and arrest the ten gang members. All of them are now said to be in custody and facing further investigation.
