A woman narrowly escaped being buried by a wall after it collapsed onto parked vehicles in a residential area in southern China's Ganzhou.

The terrifying CCTV video, shot in Jiacheng Garden in Nankang district on July 10, shows a wall suddenly collapsing burying the vehicles parked under it, as a woman was about to walk past.

Since the woman noticed the abnormal scene, she quickly ran back to escape being caught by the debris.

According to the experts, the water leaking out of a broken pipe increased the water content in the soil, causing the collapse.

Three cars were damaged but no one was injured.

10日上午8点多，在赣州南康区东山街办蓝田社区嘉诚花园4号楼后面的挡土墙发生塌方，现场3辆车被砸毁，所幸没有人员伤亡。
从监控视频可以看到，塌方发生前，有零零碎碎的小石块等掉落下来，8点21分左右，泥土、石块倾泻而下，一位目击市民回忆说，事发当时声响特别大。视频中还可以看到，一名女子正打算路过，差点儿被泥石掩埋，附近还有一只小狗儿也幸免于难。
塌方发生后，南康区相关部门立即邀请了有关专家，对现场进行勘察，查找塌方的原因。专家勘察后发现，此次塌方的主要原因是由于现场排水水管破裂，导致泥土含水量增加，下沉引发的。
