An angry woman climbed onto a car roof after having an argument with her husband in southern China.

The CCTV video, filmed in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hunan province on July 7, shows a woman standing on the top of a car and repeatedly stamping on the roof.

After the traffic lights turned green, the woman was still on the car roof.

According to reports, the woman and the car driver are couple. Since the woman had an argument with her husband in the car, she got out of the vehicle to stand in front of it.

However, the woman's husband just ignored her making her so angry she climbed onto the car roof.

Police saw the surveillance video and called the car driver to go to the police station for an investigation.

7月7日上午10点43分，在湘西花垣县新边城高级中学路红绿灯路口，一名白衣女子从车头爬上一辆白色小车车顶，并在上面跺脚,似乎显得很生气。此时，直行方向已经绿灯放行，后方车辆见状只能绕行。期间有一名男子从驾驶室下来查看，随后又回到驾驶室。这种状况持续了4分钟，10点47分，这名女子才从车顶下来，严重的干扰了路口的通行和安全。
通过调取路口监控，花垣交警通过车牌号码与这辆湘UD牌号的车主取得联系，并确认当时驾驶车辆的正是车主龙某。8号上午，驾驶员龙某按民警要求到花垣交警大队接受调查处理。民警对他们的这种无视安全的行为进行了批评。




民警经询问得知，当天车上两人为夫妻，小两口因家庭琐事在车上发生争吵，一路从建设中路、蚩尤大道吵到红绿灯路口。趁等红灯时，妻子麻某从副驾驶下车站在车头，见丈夫龙某没有反应，麻某就赌气爬上车顶，这场闹剧一直持续四分钟才结束。

经查，民警发现驾驶员龙某仅持有D照驾驶证，系准驾不符，同时，其驾驶证处于违法未处理，超分扣留状态。根据《道路交通安全法》相关规定，民警依法对龙某准驾不符、驾驶证被依法扣留期间仍驾驶机动车以以及驾车时有其他妨碍安全行车的行为等三项违法合并处以罚款1250元，记14分的处罚。
