洪水冲翻货车 四人被困激流
7月12日晚上10点多钟，在贵州龙里县湾滩河镇一县道旁，一辆货车被洪水冲翻在河中央，四名男子被困在激流中。
晚上11点40分，消防救援人员抵达现场，发现四人站在侧翻后的车身上，下方水流湍急，水位还在不断上升，激流距离四人所站位置也就只有不到半米的距离。据现场民警介绍，货车上原本只有三名司乘人员被困，一名民警在试图营救时也被困住。
货车距离附近桥梁七八米，救援人员首先利用绳子向被困人员输送救生衣，随后一名消防员从桥梁左侧游至货车背部水流较为平稳处接近被困人员。
随后，消防队员利用绳索连接两端，两岸救援人员负责牵引，从而逐个将被困四人输送到安全地带。
遇险货车驾驶员说，由于当天水位上涨淹没了原来的道路，驾驶员在对路况不明的情况下盲目前行，这才被湍急的水流冲翻到河道中央。
