This beach ball game wearing sarong is one of the competition agenda which is held by the child-bearing community in commemoration of Indonesia's national children's day which falls on July 23rd.

Ayu, the community leader of the children of children in Padang, said that "in addition to a beach ball with gloves, the committee also held a tug of war race, a sack runner, etc."

Ayu added that the series of events to commemorate Indonesia's national children's day was accelerated on July 21 so as not to interfere with children's activities to attend school on July 23.
