Scottish parade stops for wee dram on route to the 178th Tomintoul 'friendly' Highland Games
Before the official start of the 178th Tomintoul Highland Games, the friendly games, the Drum Majors lead the combined pipe bands through this remote highland town in Moray (historic Banffshire) and stop at the Whisky Castle to enjoy a wee dram of hospitality.
The bands are led by Drum Major Ian Esson, followed by Drum Majors Derek Dean, Bill Barclay, Bert Summers, David Rae and Ronnie Rennie. The bands are Huntly & District Pipe Band and Ballater & District Pipe Band.
