Toronto police investigate murder of four people after suspect allegedly shared graphic photos on social media

Police officers in Toronto were called to investigate the discovery of four dead bodies in a Markham home on Sunday (July 28).

Graphic social media posts were believed to have been made by the accused leading to the finding of the bodies.

Police sealed off the major crime scene and homicide detectives were on the case.

Authorities have one person under arrest, the coroner was on the scene to remove the bodies.

York Regional Police tweeted: "This is the scene in Markham where 4 people were found deceased in this residence on Castlemore Ave, east of Mingay Ave. A 20-year-old man is in custody. If you have any info call Homicide Unit at 866-876-5423 x7865."

The suspected killer is reported to have posted images on social media platform Discord.
