Cruel treatment of yaks in Nepal.
I was very shocked about how some local people treat the yaks in Nepal.
This animals are used to carry a heavy bagage for isolated villages in the mountains and they didn’t deserve such treatment.
That’s true that The life in this area is very difficult: both for people and animals.
Sherpa and other ethnicity works with tourists and can earn till 20 dollars per day for carry 20-30 kg bag. Some commercial porters works for 5 dollars per day and carry till 50 kg! In the altitude of 5000 meters, where oxygen is so rare!
Yaks carry till 200 kg.
