A Southern California murder suspect pleaded not guilty Thursday (October 11) to a capital murder charge that alleges he killed his girlfriend, who disappeared in late July and whose body has not been found.

Robert Camou, 28, is apparently seen here in this video rapping at a Los Angeles bar about killing and burying his girlfriend.

The video recorded by Michael R. Moore just hours before Camou was taken into custody appears to show him at a downtown Los Angeles bar rapping about killing and burying his girlfriend.

"I cut the fucking EMP off my leg and then I'm out. Motherfucker you don't even know the news. I killed my bitch then buried her in the fucking dirt," said Camou in the video.

Robert Anthony Camou, 28, is charged with the slaying of Amanda Kathleen Custer, whom sheriff's homicide investigators believe was taken by Camou against her will the morning of July 29.

The murder charge includes the special-circumstance allegation of killing a witness, along with an allegation that he was out on bail when he committed the crime.

A murder suspect raps his confession

The bone-chilling moment was captured when a man suspected of kidnapping, murdering and burying his girlfriend rapped what appeared to be a confession at a Los Angeles bar on July 30.

"I just said 'fuck' when I realized that I recorded a kidnapping suspect who's girlfriend was missing and he just rapped about killing and burying her...just hours earlier," said Michael R. Moore, a photographer who's work can be found at @MichaelRMoore616 on Instagram.

Authorities named the 27-year-old Camou a suspect in Amanda Custer’s disappearance and had asked the public for help searching for them, according to local media.

The Newsflare exclusive video was recorded just hours before Camou’s car was located in downtown Los Angeles appears to show the suspect rapping at a local bar.

Investigators believe Custer was abducted Monday from a home on the 600 block of Vaquero Road in Monrovia, according to local media.

A witness reported seeing Camou placing her limp body into the cargo hatch of his Prius, according to local media.

Investigators also said they found blood at the scene, according to local media.

Camou had been scheduled to appear in court the day Custer went missing but never showed up, according to local media.

He had previously been charged with four felony counts, including burglary and assault and battery, according to court documents filed May 29, according to local media.

During a bench warrant hearing Wednesday, Camou said he wanted to represent himself during court proceedings. The judge then scheduled another hearing on the matter for Aug. 1, according to local media
