Influence of typhoon Wipha with heavy rain, many streets of Hanoi city, Vietnam deep in the water on August 3.
The streets are flooded deep in the water, traffic is difficult. On both sides Street, the water was higher than motorbike wheels. Motorbike drivers struggled to get through the flooded road. Many drivers stopped in the middle of the road after their motorbike engines died.
Typhoon Wipha landed in northern Vietnam, causing dozens of people to die and disappear, hundreds of houses swept away by flash floods.
