video of rescue and bravery by Flt Lt Karan Deshmukh in which as additional crew he winched himself down and waded through neck deep water to save an old lady who was afraid to board the winch cradle. He pacified the old lady and helped her through the water onto the winch cradle. This was in Navsari District of Gujarat. Two helicopters were launched from Vadodara. 45 persons were rescued in two shuttles.
The Incident happened on 04 August in Mendhar village in Navsari District Gujarat India.
