Four Suspects Apprehended Following Short Pursuit After Fleeing Scene of Possible Shooting
LAFD responded to reports of a gunshot wound victim. Arriving crews located at least one subject with wounds to the head. The victim was treated on scene and released. It's unknown at this time if there were any other victims and if so, what the severity of their injuries are. Initial reports stated that one victim was shot in the head. The suspects fled in a silver sedan that was located near Vermont Ave and Adams Blvd, led police on a short pursuit and were later taken into custody on Figueroa St. At least four suspects were in the vehicle at the time of the felony stop. Officers are at the scene of the shooting searching for evidence of shell casings.
