The incredible moment was captured on a Michigan man's phone when his camera's frame rate matched the speed of the helicopter blades, making the chopper appear to float on August 4.

Full size helicopters main rotor spins between 250 and 600 rotations per minute. The Samsung Note 8 used to record this can capture up 960 frames per second.
