Two cars are holding up traffic in roadworks on the M1 north at Milton Keynes. Traveling between 30 and 45mph and not allowing vehicles to pass in lanes 1 and 2 creating long tailbacks. There slow speed can be seen as a white van passes in lane 3 doing the legal speed limit for the area. This truck driver manages to get to the front of the que and goes to overtake. Finally the red Nissan GTR moves into lane 3 allowing the truck to pass. Things appear to return to normal and then 10 minutes of dangerous driving, continued brake checking, highly aggressive behaviour and debris throwing ensues. Danger to all road users in the area at the time.

Checks on the registration plate have brought back results on no insurance to the insured vehicle being a Nissan 350z and not the GTR its attached to. Possible insurance fraud, uninsured.
