A honey hunter in northern Vietnam dug a hole revealing a large underground beehive.

According to reports, the bees in the video are extremely dangerous as one sting could paralyse the victim.

The hunters are seen wearing thick protective gear to prevent the bees from stinging them as they uncover the hive.

The honeycomb gathered will be sold for around 30 USD per kilogram.

This is one of the most dangerous poisonous bees in Vietnam. The bites of adult bees will paralyze the nervous system and if many bites will lead to death.
However many people defy danger to get beehives filled with pupae.
Beehives filled with pupae are considered specialties and they are very expensive. They are made into dishes or used as medicine for nutritional value.
Each honeycomb kilogram is sold for 30 USD. Each honeycomb usually weighs 3 to 4 kilograms.
In the video, The bee-hunter wears a very thick suit using a shovel to dig honeycomb. Thousands of bees rushed out and attacked successively on the man. After more than 5 minutes, bee hunters had collected the beehive and quickly away from the ferocious bees.
