A poor pet dog was dragged for an uncomfortably fast run by a man on a motorbike in Vietnam.

Not only was the man cruel in forcing the dog to run flat-out in the middle of a busy road, but the run would have been particularly hard for the small dog as it was a hot day in the tropical country.

Fortunately witnesses intervened and told the man off, telling him to put the pet on the back of the bike at least.

The sad scene was filmed on 9 August 2019.

The owner doesn't let the dog sit on the motorbike! He held the rope and let the dog run after the motorbike and moved quickly. This will make the dog very tired because it is sunny.

People on the road feel pitiful for the dog! And reminded the man to let the dog sit on the motorbike.
