The reservoir is almost completely empty. The pontoons are almost touching. The water spraying is for aeration for the countless thoudands of fish which are in the water still. Two intense periods of heavy rainfall won't have had much effect on this level now. Only Keir civil engineers are onsite now, and the EA who are trying to catch the fish.
