Zebra rubs its rump on tree stump in South Africa to get rid of serious itch

A zebra makes a back scratcher out of a tree stump, wobbling its bum to get rid of a stubborn itch.

A safari group were travelling through Kruger National Park on August 10 when they spotted the erratic behaviour of the animal, saying: "The zebra’s movements were funny to watch.

"Normally one would see elephant, buffalo, rhino or warthog scratching themselves against an object, but a zebra relieving itself from a serious itch is not something you see very often."
