Luke Mossey escaped with just a hairline fracture in his tibia despite being thrown from his bike and flung across the track into the path of an oncoming rider.

Mossey, 26, went sailing several meters through the air as his bike spun around behind him while he was competing in a superbike test at Cadwell Park yesterday (August 15).

Incredibly, his OMG Racing teammate Josh Elliot narrowly avoided crashing into him after the impact saw him slide at least 30 metres across the track.
