This orangutan is loving her icy treats during the hot weather!

The clip, filmed July 26 shows Sprout the Orangutan in Dudley Zoo, eating her ice block to cool down in the summer heat.

It's Orangutan day today! And what better way to celebrate with some ice on a hot day. This is Sprout the Orangutan from the Dudley Zoo. She is enjoying a chunk of ice with her wood wool sun hat. It's funny when she is trying to hold it just with her mouth, it's obviously getting too cold to hold. It was in a plastic cup, but she removed and disregarded it. She even holds it with her foot. Her mum has got a ice treat as well.
Dudley Zoo is still saving for their new enclosure. They've got £500000 of the £80000 they need to built the new habitat .
