Tragic moment car ploughs into crowd killing one woman at demolition derby in Montana
This was the tragic moment a car ploughed into the crowd at the Deer Lodge Demolition Derby causing seven people to be injured and one fatality.
The clip filmed August 18 in Montana, shows the car speeding out of the arena and into the crowd in the stands on the far left after a malfunction with its accelerator.
Chase Davis who was at the event told Newsflare: “The demolition derby was underway and in it’s final event when there was a malfunction in the vehicle's accelerations, the RPMs ramped up and it just took off!”
“The women that died was a dear friend to some instructors of mine and my coworkers. She was an EMT for the Anaconda medical and her six-year-old daughters birthday was the day after the accident occurred,” the filmer added.
