Pop singer John Legend and his family attracted crowds after they were spotted walking through a busy market in Thailand.

The American singer, 40, and his Thai-American wife Chrissy Teigen, 33, were surrounded by fans while spending a family night out at a street food market last night (August 20).

They were on a trip in Nakhon Ratchasima to visit Chrissy's mother, Vilailuck Teigen, and her family in her hometown in the northeast of the country.

The couple tucked into traditional Thai street food including fried noodles and chicken.

John and his wife had their daughter with them. She was handed a large helium-filled balloon by a well-wisher.

The couple tucked in to traditional Thai street food including fried noodles and chicken.

Also with them were their admin assistants and a bodyguard. They greeted fans and photographers while spending more than 30 minutes walking through the market,
