Mareppa Sreemant Anadi, 28, a resident of Mahur village, was spotted riding his bike hazardously near Jewargi in southern India on August 14.

A video filmed by a passenger in a car following him, shows an allegedly drunk Anadi veering from left to right continuously ignoring other vehicles.

He even gets into the opposing lane and gets close to hitting a bus forcing its driver make a rash turn.

Anadi’s weird driving makes a few vehicles pause and let him gain distance.

But his luck ran out as he crossed the lane again. A driver in an SUV, coming from the opposite direction, flashed headlights to warn him, but was unable to prevent a collision with the errant biker.

An injured Anadi was rushed to a nearby government hospital where he is recuperating.

Jewargi police said they are probing the incident and would take action on Anadi according to the law.
