It is called " Chợ Nổi" in Vietnamese or "Floating Market" in English. All market activities are carried out on boats from cooking to trading goods.
When the passenger boats passed the market. The boats full of fruit or food will approach and sell food to tourists. The women with the boat were full of smoke-filled pots. They sell porridge, vermicelli, or noodles. Food processing will be done right on the boat. Each serving of food costs about $ 1.
