The commuter started crying after receiving bad news while she was on the Taiwan High-Speed Rail on August 14.

The kind assisted was on her knees as she wiped the woman's tears away and patted her shoulders. She even gave her a massage to help calm her down.

Passenger Sean Wu said that the waitress stayed with the woman for at least an hour until they arrived at the next station.

He said: "She informed the other train staff about the woman. She is beautiful, but her heart is more beautiful."

The woman was taken to the clinic when the train arrived at Chiayi Station. The waitress carried the woman's bag while assisting her together with the medical staff.
